Kevin has advised SMEs and multinational corporations on commercial transactions, corporate, commercial and regulatory issues, securities registration and regulation, labour contracts and corporate secretarial services including preparation of board and shareholder minutes, resolutions, company registry documents, and general corporate advice.

• Lead Counsel in a transaction involving the acquisition by a US based multinational company of 100% shareholding of a local oil and gas services company, including conducting due diligence, negotiations relating to the Transaction Agreements, preparing relevant documentation for share acquisition and financing arrangements and Closing deliverables.
• Local Counsel in proposed Public Private Partnership (PPP) bid.
• Lead Local Counsel in the launch of a Trinidad based oil & gas company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the United Kingdom’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM), a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange.
