With over a decade of experience, she has represented clients in taxation appeals and regulatory matters before the Tax Appeal Board, High Court and Court of Appeal. Amanda previously served as State Counsel at the Ministry of Finance, Board of Inland Revenue, where she represented the State in corporation and petroleum taxation matters. She is well-versed in international tax frameworks, transfer pricing, and treaty law.

- Methanol Holding (Trinidad) Limited v The Board of Inland Revenue – corporation tax proceedings challenging withholding tax assessments raised by the Board on exempt and non-exempt income and the distribution of dividends to shareholders. Successfully represented client before the Tax Appeal Board in having withholding tax assessment reversed.
- Superpharm Trinidad Limited v The Board of Inland Revenue – High Court proceedings against the Board for failure to issue VAT refunds and interest accrued. Client successful in obtaining VAT refunds and interest from the Board.
- Columbus Communication Trinidad Limited (FLOW) v Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago and Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago – Judicial Review proceedings against TATT for failure to commence legal action against TSTT for its refusal to implement Fixed Number Portability (FNP). Order of the Court that TSTT is legally obligated to implement FNP.
