Kai-Leigh Phillip is an experienced conveyancing attorney with a decade of practice in property law. She has advised on residential and commercial property transactions and has worked closely with lending institutions. With a meticulous approach and strong client communication skills, she efficiently manages time-sensitive transactions. Kai-Leigh presently serves as a member of the Corporate, Commercial & Conveyancing Committee of the Law Association of Trinidad & Tobago.

  • Served as junior counsel for a state-owned entity in the acquisition of a multi-storey commercial premises valued at over TTD $30 million.
  • Provided strategic legal counsel to a large credit union onboarding its mobile banking application with respect to several legal topics such as: data privacy, electronic signatures, and confidentiality.
