Sarah Sinanan is an experienced Attorney-at-Law with over 15 years of legal practice spanning private practice and senior public sector roles. She has a strong litigation background, having represented clients before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Industrial Court, and the Tax Appeal Board in complex civil, tax, constitutional and employment matters.

Sarah has held senior legal positions including Senior Legal Counsel at the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs and Acting Senior Attorney-at-Law at the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation, where she advised on commercial, municipal, and constitutional law matters. She also played a leading administrative and legal role as Secretary to the Commission of Enquiry into the tragic incidents at Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited, overseeing its legal operations and public hearings.

Her legal career began in private practice, where she served as Senior Associate in the Litigation Department of M.G. Daly & Partners, handling a wide range of contentious matters including constitutional motions, copyright infringement, judicial reviews, and tax disputes.
